FINANCES

The 2009 Pioneer Day Celebration is financed by generous donations from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints under the direction of Chubbuck Stake.  All expenditures must be approved by the Pioneer Day Committee and by the Chubbuck Stake.

Reimbursment for approved expenditures must be submitted with a request form and a copy of the receipt for the purchase. If you are not a corporation you will also need to submit a W9 form for tax purposes.
